Everest Montanha Restaurante, a simple and pleasant way to discover and enjoy cuisine rich in flavors and with various types of seasonings, herbs and other vegetables, as well as local fruits and natural ingredients carefully selected and prepared by the best professionals, in a sophisticated and subtle way aiming for a splendid palate full of surprises. Typical drinks are also present, including Nepalese Tea (the most common typical drink throughout India, which is generally prepared as masala chai with a mixture of spices boiled in milk), lassis (milk shakes) and beer. Desserts also have a unique taste and aroma that delights with each taste, the texture, creaminess and flavor are always present and make them unforgettable. Our house has a little bit of Nepal and India printed in every detail and tells its story in a fun and relaxed way, thus creating a welcoming and pleasant environment. Nepalese and Indian cuisine has been gaining a very important space, recently it has been a source of a lot of inspiration for great chefs around the world and is certainly a trend nowadays.
